So you are not sure what to get or what the different cuts of Wagyu beef are best for? Take a look at all our different Wagyu meat cuts below!

Ribeye

There is a good chance you came here looking specifically for this steak because it has it all. Marbling, tenderness and flavor that will not disappoint. We are definitely not getting tired of hearing from customers that this is the best steak  they have ever had.

New York Strip

Cut from the strip loin this classic steak is all that you want and more.  Abundantly marbled with great flavor this steak provides melt in your mouth memories and will be the hit of your cookout.

Tenderloin

The tenderloin or filet mignon is the most tender cut of steak with a milder beef flavor.  Exceptional marbling for exceptional occasions.

Denver Steak

The Denver steak is cut from the shoulder but has a tenderness and flavor that makes these little gems truly special.  A very versatile cut that can be grilled, sliced thinly for shabu shabu, sous vide and reverse seared or mixed in a stir fry are just a few possibilities.

Flat Iron Steak

Also cut from the shoulder with a rich flavor this underrated cut has beautiful marbling and also lends itself to a variety of delicious possibilities.

Sirloin Steak

The sirloin is a leaner steak as far as Wagyu goes.  For those who want the flavor and tenderness of Wagyu at a great price this tremendously versatile cut can make your weeknight recipes something special.

Culotte Steak

Also known as pichana or top sirloin cap, these steaks offer a lighter steak experience while still lending itself to a wide variety of possibilities.  Affordable flavor and tenderness that will make your go-to recipes something special.

Skirt Steak

For our carne asada fans, get your favorite marinade ready.  A versatile base for fajitas and steak salad it’s also great on the grill.

Flank Steak

Another favorite to marinate the secret is out on this wonderful cut. As with the skirt steak there are only two pieces available from each beef so act fast before they are gone.

Ribeye Cap

Another hidden gem these highly marbled and flavorful steaks can make amazing appetizers or stand on their own when you are looking for a smaller taste of excellence.

Sirloin Tip Roast

Cut from the hindquarter (round) adjacent to the sirloin this tender roast is a bit leaner but full of flavor.  Great on the smoker or with your favorite sunday pot roast recipe.

Tri-Tip Roast

Tenderness, flavor and great marbling in this beautiful roast.  Popularized on the west coast for barbeques it is also great cut into steaks or sliced for fajitas.

Chuck Roast

Cut from the front shoulder this classic roast is another sunday favorite.  Like so many Wagyu cuts it lends itself to the chef’s imagination.  Love hearing from customer that they cut it into steaks and it’s better than ribeye from the market.

Brisket

If you’re here for brisket you already know that low-and-slow is the way to go.  Exceptional marbling makes this the ultimate brisket experience that your grill buddies will envy.

Short Ribs

Most popularly braised or slow cooked these nicely marbled short ribs are a great way to experience wonderful Wagyu flavor at a reasonable price.

Beef Shank

Cut as a cross section of the leg and sometimes known as soup bones.  Flavorful but not as tender as other cuts this is another low-and-slow favorite famous as Osso Buco.  A nice long cook in the crockpot yields great taco meat or the best beef stew you have ever ...
